So yesterday I attended the Last day of Jay-Z concerts at the new Barclays Center in Brooklyn, and I have to say it was Amazing. Not really the biggest fan of Jay but the performance was great and he brought out a treat of his own...Beyonce. When she came out I had to move closer to get a better look of that body lol. The attendance was bananas. 19,000+ people to see one man Perform. During the show Jay said something that was pretty funny; he said he remembered when he made his first tape & played it to his uncle. When it was done and over his uncle said " Man yuh not ever gonna be better than LL cool J" Lmfaoo ; In conclusion Never let anyone put their insecurities on you. Just cause they don't have the self confidence to follow their dreams don't let them stop you from following yours.

A thought from my Heart

I'm tryna make it not for me, but for the better being of my Fam. I grow tired of seeing my moms stressing over shit. When I get that Fat Check, hopefully.. All these problems gonna get erased. A real man not only takes care of himself, but his Family too.

A Home Away From Home

I hate when someone says they hate an specific area cause of a number of stupid reasons. The ONLY valid reason to hate a place is if there is Absolutely NOTHING to do. And make sure all your friends know everybody important in their neighborhood before you just Label an Area something negative. It's ALWAYS Good to have an Home away from Home.

Underneath The Pine

One of my Absolute Favorite bands is Toro Y Moi. They are just incredible, every sound in every song just plays together so well. And not only are their albums Brollic They are fucking Amazing Live. Excuse my French. If you haven't heard any of their music I seriously urge you go listen to them. Just remember who put you on :)

Foolish 500

I desperately need a job right now, so I actually took up one of these Fortune 500 companies for an interview, and even though I knew what to expect I hoped that they could fool me. Sadly they didn't. It's exactly how I imagined and I must say if your going to start a shady company run it like an legit establishment. Don't call a million people a day to come down on the same day for interviews cause that right there says "Shady Job"! So with that being said I'm going to Get up out my seat chuck the deuces & stroll out of here like a G.

A Lil Truth

I never been a big Lil Wayne fan, he has crazy punch lines, never said he was "wack" & carter 3 is still my shit but For a current Lil Wayne & this Dedication 4 I feel as if Lil Wayne is more so just not worth listening to anymore. Tides are changing and Substance is filtering songs, and Lil Wayne is just left behind...

P.S. He's taking his Skateboarding thing to unnecessary places. It's cool yuh skate & all but don't shove it in my face that yuh have a new hobby.

Scavenger Hunting

Threw my travels I admit one thing I really don't understand is wack outdoor malls. The mini mall by my house use to have a Blockbuster which was awesome, no taxes on items, video games on exact release dates, DVDs CDs etcetera etcetera. But now there's nothing there but a damn Pathmark & a bunch of useless stores. Can we get a GameStop please ? How do yuh expect to catch any fish if your using gummy worms as bait ?

Nicely Wrapped Tortilla

Well I've been gone for a minute but there's been a lot happening.  First thing first, Odd Future/Trash talk show was BANANAS ! The mosh was serious, the band shred the show, Left Brain twisted the turntables & the rest of Odd Future were very social with the fans.  After that show i attended "The internet/Kilo kish/ Phony Ppl" show; Never seen Phony Ppl before but they are from my Beautiful Borough of Brooklyn & need to say they couldn't open up any better.  Kilo gave me a Kiss After the Show :D And Syd the Kid w/ the gang delivered an awesome headliner.  The next week i was invited to an private performance of "The Temper Trap" who were Amazing ! They did a cool Q&A for the fans after which was very funny and cool. The next week i attended an Mega-Concert at Irving Plaza with 13 heavy bands just to buy a fake ticket worth $40 -____- ; But to wrap it all up i attended the Afro-Punk Festival this past weekend which was completely EPIC ! Never been to anything better in my life. The Atmosphere was incredible.  It consisted of plenty great live performances, competitions, Dj's, and All around Culture.  With the conclusion of me coming back to the Blogger to share my experiences with the world.
